You don't have to keep doing this alone.
If you've found your way here, something in you is ready for a different kind of support. Not another book to read or podcast to listen to, but a real, human space where you don't have to explain yourself from the beginning.
Where someone already understands the exhaustion, the self-doubt, the feeling of knowing better and still feeling stuck.
Because I've been there too
This is personalised, one-to-one coaching that works with both your mind and your nervous system. We go at your pace, in a space that is safe, confidential, and completely non-judgmental.
Together we explore what's keeping you stuck, understand it through the lens of trauma and nervous system science, and build practical tools that create real, lasting change.
Sessions are 90 minutes and held online via video call

How we work together
There's no set format, and there's no script.
Every session is led by you, based on what’s present for you that day. Sometimes that means talking through what’s happening and starting to make sense of it. Sometimes it means working with what’s showing up in your body, the tightness in your chest, the way you go numb when certain things come up. I’m also a certified breathwork facilitator, so we may use breathwork to access and process what words can’t always reach.
I draw on frameworks like IFS (Internal Family Systems) and nervous system regulation tools, not as rigid techniques but as ways to help you understand yourself more gently.
I'll check in with you throughout, because how you're doing matters more than getting through an agenda. If something feels too much, we slow down. If you need to sit in silence for a moment, that's okay too. This is your space.
There's no judgment here. Not about what you did, what you didn't do, why you stayed, why you went back, or how long it's taken you to get here.
You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up as you are.
FAQ
Is what I experienced bad enough to deserve support?
Yes. Always.
You don't need to have a "worst case" story to deserve support. If you're struggling, feeling stuck, questioning yourself, or finding that past experiences are still affecting you, that's enough.
This isn't about comparing your experience to someone else's. It's about getting the support that's right for you.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on exploring the past in depth and is provided by clinically regulated practitioners.
Coaching is more focused on where you are now, where you want to be, and the practical steps that can help you move forward.
My approach combines coaching with trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based tools. I always work within my professional scope and will signpost to therapy or other services if I believe they would better support your needs.
What happens in a session?
Every session is different because every person is different. Sessions may include conversation, reflection, nervous system education, somatic tools, practical strategies, and exploring patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
What if I'm not ready to talk about everything?
You don't have to. We work at your pace. You'll never be pushed to share anything you're not ready to explore.
What if I'm not sure coaching is right for me?
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. It's a relaxed conversation where we can explore what's going on for you and whether coaching feels like the right fit.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything shared is confidential except where I have a legal or safeguarding duty to act if there is a serious risk of harm.
If you are in immediate crisis or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans on 116 123, or emergency services. Coaching is not crisis support, but support is available, and you deserve help.
